The tower consists of a high rise building of 134 meters above ground level and accommodating 27 residential floors housing more than 160 apartments, two technical floors, a health club at the 28th floor, a pool deck at the 29th, main lobby entrance including administrative offices in ground floor, and three basements levels for parking spaces and services. The works comprises the execution and completion of all civil works, finishes and electromechanical works along with the facades combining curtain walls, aluminum panels, and stone cladding.
